Hope you are well. I did this little recording to share with you about using the essential oils for emotional wellbeing. A friend and I had been talking about a couple of these oils last weekend at our girl’s night in, so I grabbed patchouli, clary sage and spearmint. I added 2 drops of each to my diffuser and HELLO delicious smell. I couldn’t get enough of the vapor into my nostrils. Did I hover over the diffuser like an addict? Why YES, yes I did.
I didn’t think much of it, except for love the smell, feel better, and enjoy my night time work session. When I looked up the emotional aspect of each oil (a day later), I was blown away.
Clary sage is the oil of clarity and vision.
Spearmint is the oil of confident speech.
Patchouli is the oil of physicality.
